Come join us for a fun beginners 4 class sensual movement and lap dance class workshop at the Substation on Saturdays from 10-11 am. Modifications is available for anyone who needs them, so if you have limited mobility there's no need to worry ;).

Please bring a yoga mat or knee pads for the floor movement and twerking part of class. Feel free to tell your friends!
